Delivery is Free for all orders over £100.
Delivery charge of £12 orders over £50.00 and under £100.
Delivery charge of £20 orders under £50.00.
We are only able to deliver within the East Anglia region.

Yes, you can change your allocated delivery date. We will always provide you with the earliest delivery date possible and any additional dates will be after the previous allocated delivery slot. Please be aware we can only change delivery dates 24hrs prior to the allocated delivery slot.
Majority of bulk orders are delivered on a flat bed 18 ton truck fitted with a Hydraulic extending crane, enabling our drivers to access properties from kerb side.
Although we strive to accommodate customers by delivering goods to their specified locations, please note that our drivers are not tasked with lifting heavy items. Instead, our vehicles are equipped with hydraulic cranes, facilitating deliveries to the curb side only. Our drivers are responsible for selecting the most appropriate delivery location for our customers' goods.
Once your order has been processed our transport department will allocate a delivery date that will be emailed to the address used on the main order. The date given will be the earliest date possible. Our hours of delivery (Mon - Fri 7:00am - 5:00pm) most deliveries are completed within a working day morning. If for any reason you are not able to be present on the day of delivery, we will leave your items in a suitable position on your property, at the drivers discretion.
If you are having trouble accessing our delivery option at checkout, this could be as a result of your delivery post code. We can only deliver within East Anglia, and all other post codes offer a collection option at checkout. If you are within our area of operations, please re-type your post code and this should allow the checkout to show available shipping options. Returns & Cancellations
To cancel your order, please call our Customer Services Team on 01359 259 259. (Mon - Fri: 9:00am - 5:00pm).
You can cancel your order up until it is delivered. Please be aware that if you wish to cancel within 24hrs of delivery the order may still be attempted.
In the event that you wish to return products, we promise to provide you with a full refund or offer you an exchange, where possible. Simply return the goods within 30 days, in the original condition and in unused packaging, together with a proof of purchase.

No refunds or exchanges can be given on bespoke / made to measure or special ordered goods
Refunds cannot be given on the purchase of:

Out of date products
Perishable Items
If the product you have purchased is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate.
As a consumer you may have additional legal rights and this policy does not affect these rights.

If we do accept a bulk product return, we offer a collection service subject to a 20% handling fee. Simply contact us within 30 days either by phone, email or by using our website customer chat service.
We are unable to offer a collection service for concrete based products such as concrete posts and gravels boards, these items you will need to return by your own means.
Once your refund has been agreed and processed it can take up to 2-3 working days for the refund amount to show within your payment account. PayPal payments are normally shown with your account the same day the refund has been processed.

You can access all your invoices online by signing into your trade professional account. You will find the invoices tab located within your dashboard. Currently we are unable to accept invoice payments through the website. You can pay your invoice / account by contact our accounts team on 01359 259 259 or alternatively you can pay via Bacs quoting your Clarkes account number.

Once you have logged into your account all prices shown on our website will be specifically tailored to your trade discount tier. To view our retail pricing just log out of your account.
