Salesperson ( Office Based )
40 hours per week between 7:30 am – 5:15 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 8:00 am – 12:30 pm

We now have an exciting opportunity for an office based salesperson at Walsham-le-Willows. We are looking for an enthusiastic Salesperson to work within our busy inbound sales department, primarily selling our extensive range of Building, Timber and Agricultural products. You will be receiving inbound enquiries from account and retail customers.
Main Role and Responsibilities
Answer customer enquiries both in person, email and telephone.
Produce quotations and orders base on customer’s requirements.
Maintaining and developing existing new customer relationships.
Maintaining and developing sales leads.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Cold calling is not a requirement of our sales team.
Continually develop and update your product knowledge.
Exceeding customer expectations by dealing with them professionally and courteously.
Skills and Attributes
An applicant who is confident with good communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ensuring a high standard of customer care and service.
Good IT skills.
Have the desire to exceed targets

Have previous sales experience
