40 hours per week between 7:30 am – 5:15 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 8:00 am – 12:30 pm
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic telesales person to work in our busy inbound sales department, primarily selling our extensive range of Building, Timber and Agricultural products. You will be receiving inbound enquiries from account and retail customers.
Main Role and Responsibilities
Receive telephone calls and emails from customers.
Account and cash customers requiring quotations, taking sales orders for collection or delivery, continuing to ask questions to ascertain customer requirements.
Taking payments over the telephone from cash customers.
Cold calling is not a requirement of our sales team.

Have previous sales experience
Understand the building/agricultural industry/timber
This is a full-time position working a 40 hour week, including Saturdays on a rota basis.
