Important Notice: From the 24th July any customer who wishes to enter any of our stores located at Walsham Le Willows or Jimmy's Farm will need to be wearing a face covering.

Please ensure you arrive with a face covering, otherwise we could refuse entry.

Please do not place our staff or others in an uncomfortable position by not wearing one.

All of our stores are now open to all customers; however, you will notice some changes in our procedures. Please see below for information on all new measures involving collections and deliveries. 

COLLECTIONS

We recommend pre-ordering goods where possible before collection. This can be done via phone on 01359 259259 or email info@clarkesofwalsham.co.uk.

Our new ‘Click & Collect’ service is available on our website.

DELIVERIES

We have now resumed our normal delivery service.

Please see below for more information on our current procedures to ensure safe deliveries.

Due to current restrictions, delivery lead times may be longer than usual.

 Deliveries will continue to be made to kerbside or driveway. 

No signatures will be required. Delivery notes will not be passed direct to the customer and will instead be left with the goods.




 
If you would prefer an electronic copy of your delivery note, please email us at info@clarkesofwalsham.co.uk and provide details of your account name (if applicable), delivery address, order number (if you have one) and date of delivery.
